For 20 years, The MetroWest Free Medical Program (MWFMP) has served as an entry point to the health care system for those in MetroWest who are uninsured/insufficiently insured.

- We provide free, in-person care to individuals in MetroWest, Massachusetts during evening clinics in Sudbury (Vision) and Marlborough (General Medicine, Women's Health).
- Over 90 volunteers and seven part-time staff provide our services. We engage interpreters both as consultants and volunteers.
- We have held over 25,000 patient visits since our founding in 2004.
- The majority of our patients are Brazilian immigrants or citizens and speak Portuguese as their primary language.
- We have attained the 2022 Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency.
- We have attained the National Association of Free Clinics Gold Standards Rating 2022-2024.
